At Hilltop Villa, we are dedicated to providing a great villa rental vacation in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. Our mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay in our beautiful property providing you with a home from home experience.
Location
Located in the hills above Sunny Beach, Hilltop villa provides a calm space away from the main resort with its own private pool and patio area to enjoy the setting sun over the hills to the south. The villa has four bedroom, one situated on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables, and have individual bed side lighting. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and those on the first floor have access to a balcony.

All bedrooms can sleep 2 people with the master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom having a double bed each. The two other bedrooms on the first floor have single beds.
Each balcony also has seating and tables dependent on the room balcony. The main bedroom and large twin room share a balcony facing towards Sunny Beach.

There are three bathrooms, one located on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet, and two on the first floor. On the first floor the house bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet whilst the en-suite to the master bedroom has a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.

The ensuite can also be separated by an internal bedroom door, allowing it to be used as an additional house bathroom.
All bedrooms are provided with linen and towels which is included within the cleaning charge for the villa for 8 guests.

The lounge is furnished with two sofas, TV, DVD, WIFI and Cable TV package, with the lounge door opening to the pool area where there is a selection of sunloungers, chairs and tables available.
There is also two double bed settees in the lounge which are available although they incur a separate charge when there are more than 8 guests.

The kitchen has an Oven with Two ring hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine, Coffee Maker and Fridge Freezer. The Dining area has seating for 8 people, and leads out on to the south facing terrace.
A range of plates, cutlery and cooking pans is also available.

Depending on your interest there are a number of attractions close to the villa. Sunny Beach being the closest with a range of attractions from the beach and watersports during the day, through to bars, restaurants and nightclubs on the evening.
The beach is approximately 8km long with St.Vlas to the north and Nessebar to the south.

A short distance from Sunny Beach is the ancient City of Nessebar with origins that date back as far as 3,200 years ago. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and known as the birthplace of the coin in the 5th Century. It has a range of shops, churches, restaurants, and local markets during the summer. The environment can be a welcome change from Sunny Beach.

The Nessebar AquaPark is the largest in the area, with the greatest variety in Europe if you believe the hype, and is a short free bus journey outside of Sunny Beach. It certainly has a number of rides that are not for the faint hearted.

The City of Bourgas is 40km from the villa, and has a range of shops and restaurants situated on a pedestrian precinct. Alternatively there is Mall Galleria which houses a number of larger clothing chains.
Located at the end of the pedestrian zone is the entrance to Bourgas park and beachfront.

Outside of Bourgas is the Roman ruins of Deultum, which is located near to the village of Debelt. The site has been excavated over a number of years to expose parts of the settlement and now houses a museum as well as access to the site.

Further south from Bourgas is Sozopol a coastal town which has the same look and feel as Nessebar although less commercialised.
It is approximately 75km from the villa, although the vast majority of the road from Sunny Beach to Sozopol is dual carriageway.

The prices for one night include cleaning and electric which are a single charge for stays of more than night.
